Adding Bookmarks to IE9 from Firefox/Chrome

I just downloaded IE9 Beta 64bit. I want to add my bookmarks from either Firefox or Chrome. I am not finding the avenue to do this. Thank you in advance.

Export your bookmarks to an HTML file then import it in IE9 though clicking the star icon -> arrow next to "add to favorites" -> import and export -> import from file -> favorites (additional options if you want) -> browse to the HTML file etc.
    it's not really that hard

Why does Internet Explorer nine have a menu choice that says "import from another browser" if in fact you can't import from another browser? This is the kind of thing that drives me nuts about Internet Explorer and why I refuse to use it as my default browser. It is just crazy to put that option in the add to favorites drop down menu and then not be able to use it. Did the designers just want to needlessly frustrate people? Why would anyone who wants their software voluntarily chosen needlessly irritate users. Dumbfounding!
