What is WEBGL


I tried the about site in IE 9, and it is saying This experience requires a browser that supports WebGL.

Is IE 9 have no support on this?

WebGL is a context of the canvas HTML element that provides a 3D graphics API implemented in a web browser without the use of plug-ins
