    Google Chrome crash

I running chrome 6.0.472.63 and it crashes over night and the only fix is to reboot my system.

I've turn off power saving for the hard drive and my network card but this has not helped.

I wish to stick with chrome if possible.

    Any ideas?

Use the stable version, not the beta

That is the latest version and not beta

    The beta version is 7.0.517.17

If you think I'm wrong what do you think the version should be and where would I get it apart from the main google site?

You're right. You are using the current stable version.

Have you tried running it with any extensions you've installed disabled?

    Thanks for the help guy's

I did a virus scan last night and found a Trojan . Then I reinstalled Chrome.

This morning chrome did not crash as it has every morning when I try to open it. So far so good. I will see how it goes and report back.

    Fingers crossed.
