I can't see the settings myself, but I would try to find a setting that might cause this.
Also, try running IE with the add ons disabled.

there are no settings that would cause this problems, i tried ie with no add ons...no good
If pressing
CTRL + or CTRL 0 doesnt help,
You may try uninstalling the Flash player with Adobes uninstall tool, and re-install a fresh copy.
i have tried all of that, nothing is changing it, whats weird is the game will stay exactly the same size no matter what..... what would cause that!!!!
Im sorry, but you seem to have a unique problem, not heretofore observed in Windows 7... have you considered contacting Adobe??
The problem happens under multiple browsers?
Definitely related to Flash in that case. Sadly, there is not much that we can suggest apart from removing and re-installing it as well as changing the settings to see if one makes a difference.
I would suggest contacting Adobe - Adobe - Contact Adobe
Note that they do charge for the Tech Support linked above. However they do have free forums with people who know more about how Flash works than we do - Adobe Forums: Forum: Flash Player
Good luck - and sorry I couldn't be of more assistance (I have never had to troubleshoot Flash beyond a simple reinstall).
EDIT: Didn't see you there Tews
