From the screenshot I see you're not using an ad blocker, so that's good. But low FPS and bad scaling of games probably means that you don't have Flash installed properly, especially since it doesn't work in more than one browser.

Go to Adobe and download then install Flash Square (64bit Flash) then try again. I recommend you do this from IE rather than Chrome, as installing flash from IE can also reflect on programs such as MSN (animated emoticons and stuff won't work until you install Flash, and in order to make it work [if you want] you need to install Flash from IE)

Flash Square is for IE 9.

Flash tester. It will show your version and prompt you to update if needed for IE8 or IE9.
    Test your Chrome here also.

    Adobe - Flash Player

Shockwave tester if you want to check it.

You may also want to check you global settings:

Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Security Settings panel

    I'm not sure either.

    Flash Square for IE9.
Use the uninstaller at bottom of page then install new version if needed.

That isn't for IE9 officially and it is a JAVA test.

Did you go to the flash test sites I posted above if not then you aren't going to find out what you have or if it is working properly.
    Test it HERE!!!!
