can't find rules in W7 LiveMail

I know my rules imported ok because their sorting ok, but I can't get to "new rules". I have no "options"choice in tools...??

do you mean this? message rules in the folders tab.

(yes it's a strange place to put it - i think the ui designer was drunk on that day.)

and to get to the options, press the blue button top left.

Can't "create a rule from this message", in the message pane anymore ?? It was nice, since it carried the email thru with it..
