    Blocking cookies

Hello all can't find any refs in her so..... h

Have been having problems witha little nasty cookie - yadro.ru which downloads if you visit the Kaspesrky Fan Club and the generic K support - funnily enough Kaspersky Labs doesn't come with this little bugga.

You may know by now I use KIS 2011 which I find just the duck's guts after trying most of the other stuff.

Now there is another that has popped up = atdmt.com which loads when I open IE8 on my laptop using Google as my searcher. Now I can delete it with CC but it is tedious doing this every time I open a fresh tab, and yes I know I can delete at the end of a session BUT I don't want this "thing" sitting there while I do my browsing at all.

The desktop is running IE9 and does not have this cookie show up. Is this thing embedded somewhere on my lappy and just looks to be deleted?

Better still any suggestions re stopping it at the front door so to speak?

Have tried settings in my ISS and the IE security stuff but to no avail.

    Blocking cookies

Hmmm I tried adding the cookie address to the restricted sites in privacy settings in IE(8) but no go. it still shows up with opening Google. Although IE9 on the desky does not show up this cookie opening Google.

?Perhaps a different browser? although I'm not keen on Chrome or Firefox.

My ISS (KIS 2011) doesn't have a cookie blocking feature that I know of just yet - at least I cannot find one.

Genius Brink how easy was that and after three days of trying everything - done in a few key strokes!

Absolute GENIUS!! Thanks so much - it was really getting on my nerves, as was that yadro one - but found that came with the Kspersky Fan Club and generic K support.

I'm so ruddy happy I could P*SS myself lol!!

NB If anyone comes across that yadro.ru thing get rid of it!!!!! real quick!!
