    Issues with IE9 Beta

Anyone having issues with the beta? I had to uninstall it just recently.

Every single website I would visit would have to be run in compatibility mode. It started with just a very small number at first, but then turned into (literally) every website I visited. The other thing it started doing was to just hang and remain unresponsive for about a minute to a minute-and-a-half.

I did like it and will probably go back with it once it has gone prime time.

I've been using it from the first day it was out and not had those problems, seems to work quite well.

    Hello Marvin,

I've found that there are more than a few sites that need to use compatibility view in IE9, but not as many as you described.

You might check to see if the issue is being caused by an installed add-on. These have been really creating issues in the IE9 beta currently since many are not compatible with IE9 right now.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Thanks for the replies, but for now I'm going to wait until it goes out of beta.
