    Emailing animated graphics

In an effort to email animated graphics I open Windows Live mail, click new, click format, click back round, click image and navigate to the image I want. It works fine, except instead of getting the one image I want I get many multiples of the image I selected. How do I get just the one image I want. Thanks. Hal.

New>Format>Background>[Image, color, or sound] is for setting stationary upon which you write the message. (I believe this feature was removed in the 2011 version.) It sounds like you want to "attach" something, not create a background.
