exporting WLM data

Does anyone know how I'd export my all my accounts, messages, contacts etc from WLM to Mozilla Thunderbird please? It seems to give an option for the late lamented Outlook Express, but none for Windows Live Mail. Any help greatly appreciated.

To import messages:
Download the Import/Export tool for Thunderbird and install it.
then, in Tbird, click on Tools - ImportExport tools - import all eml file from a directory

The .eml files should be in folders under
C:\Users\(your account)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail

In Tbird, Tools - Import - address books - text file (.csv)
