You didn't mention which Office you have, so I'll help you out with Office Outlook 2007:
    1. Install and Download any required updates for Office
    2. Open Outlook
    3. Click the "File" menu, then select "Import and Export"
    4. Select "Import from another program or file", then click "Next"
    5. Select "Personal Folder File (.pst)", then click "Next"
    6. Browse for and select the PST file you originally backed-up
    7. Select "Replace duplicates with items imported", then click "Next"
    8. Select "Personal Folders"
    9. Select "Include subfolders"
    10. Select "Import items into the same folder in:" and "Personal Folders"
    11. Click "Finish"
    12. Depending on how many items need to be imported, and whether or not the backup was properly made to begin with, the process should take a few minutes.
    That's it.
