    Are you using Hotmail?
If so go to msn.com and sign in.

Windows Live Mail replaced Windows Mail. Windows Mail came with Vista but Windows 7 does not include an e-mail program and one, such as the Windows Live Mail (which came out before Windows 7) has to be downloaded and installed.

If you don't like Windows Live Mail, try the free Mozilla "Thunderbird" e-mail program. Download HERE

I am using my msn hotmail now. I don't like or use Windows Live Mail.
There's a multiple to select from so the choice is yours.
