| | mail control panel not installed in Windows & ultimate 64 bit ed Please help. This is not the normal question about 64bit windows and the mail control panel. I have seen all of the posts about not being able to find the mail control panel. I can find the shortcut to the mail control panel, but there is no associated control panel anywhere on the system. Just the orphaned link. THis is a fresh installation of Windows 7 and Outlook 2007. I have run Outlook 2007 and connected to my exchange server, but I cannot relocate the ost and pst files, because you need the mail control panel at least to move or reassociate the ost file with the outlook profile. In fact, the link in the control panel is a generic document icon labeled Mail (32-bit). Clicking on it or opening it does nothing. Any one have any suggestions? |
