after un-install delete all cookies & temporary internet files & restart. You should look into a program like cCleaner for regular temp file cleaning. It might be why your un-install and immediate re-install are keeping those settings. Use windows intertnet options delete all & disk cleaner, but look into cCleaner when you have time and make sure you understand what each cleaner option is going to clean!

    Piriform - Download cCleaner

Also if he has IE and Chrome two Flashes are loaded. One for IE and one in Chrome.

Set one wrong they are both wrong.

With IE-9 Square Flash, Chrome and FF or Opera you have three versions of Flash downloaded.

All would probably be messed up and all would be needed to uninstall or it restores to the messed up one possibly.

Thats good old Adobe for you.

    Hello gigabyte,

The Settings Manager although "real"[ & not an image] is nothing to worry about.
As such you can set it how you want.

    I wouldn't be concerned .

BUT I do suggest you read about the "blurb" to do with each tab.

    BTW -Is Flash working properly?
