    There is no toolbar in my windows live mail. Can i get one? thanks jinky

    I have WLM 2011, may be different than yours, but right click at the top of the screen, when WLM is being used.

    I also had the problem of no tool bar in my WLM 2012.
    I finally found the answer by clicking on ALT M.
