Outlook 2010, When Printing Some Emails Keeps Searching For Server

Some larger emails, and some regular emails bring up a message, "Contacting the server for information", when trying to print.

I found it appears to depend on size for whether this happens and how long. A 27 KB message may load instantly or take 15 seconds to load the print preview. A 34 KB message may take up to 3 minutes to load the print preview. With some messages Outlook 2010 stops responding completely, and has to be restarted.

I read about some others posting this problem on the web, but no one had an answer yet.

Any ideas???

I did a work-around, which is inefficient and effects the formatting of the message. This is to copy and paste the total message in to Word 2010. Then I can print from Word 2010 with no problems.
