im posting this so it may help my sat,, p5o5 was just crawling around the web at major slow speeds well its major fast now the fix was go to tools click internet options click advanced uncheck enable third party browser hope someone does good with this i have 2 routers so maybe they were pissed at each other i surely dont know but now its goooood

The complete phrase is "Enable 3rd Party Browser Extensions". So now you have no 3rd party browser extensions. Might be better to selectively disable them to find the culprit using Tools/Manage Add-ons.
