Go to top of page firefox keystroke shortcut?

Is there any native or even programmable keystroke combo in firefox to instantly jump to the top of the page? Sort of like the up arrow key, but instead of scrolling upwards, the page just instantly jumps to the top?

    Thanks guys (and gals!)

Sure just use the End & Home keys on your keyboard.
My keyboard has dedicated keys & also has the Number pad keys 1 & 7 in combination with Shift .
Page Up & Page down are almost as fast on most pages & I use those all the time.

Not just for Firefox all browsers
