    Ebay login problems


    Hi there
    Yesterday, for no apparent reason, I was suddenly unable to log onto my ebay account. When I entered my logon details and pressed return the screen simply re-cycled back to the logon screen with the password box blank, this happened repeatedly and there was no error messaage.

    Ebay couldn't help, I changed passwords several times to no avail.

    I could log onto www.ebay.ca, but not onto the U.K. site, which is where my account is.

    I have got round the problem this morning by going to the site via 'Inprivate browsing', and can log on there with no problems. (I'm using IE 8, but Firefox was no better).
    Do I have to keep using 'inprivate', or does anyoone know what might be stopping me getting in using the favourite button on the standard IE8 screen?

    Can be one of several problem
    Clean your Cache

    I would use ccleaner to clean it all and the other crap that is on your hard drive
    Piriform - Download CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva, Speccy - Millions of users worldwide!

    Try from another user account and later computer.

    Claer cookies with ccleaner.

    Can you sign in with the other computer

    Make a full anti virus scan

    Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes, after update of the softwared.

    Try another Broswer

    One of these should work
