I had a great read in Russian, and I read the original article Internet Explorer 9 -
The site provides WinRumors | Microsoft news and rumors translation of the original article, which says that it's not RC, but still RC Escrow.
I'm just like you want rather see an official release, but the article says exactly what I said.

I don't know for sure, but I think we will (99%). I would guess it would be at least 3 to 4 hours from now though
