I believe that the RC is only available as a download. It should be published after it reaches the RTW stage.

This will only a RC build and not a RTM yet, so it will most likely still be a manual download at the IE9 homepage link on the first page again. :)

Sure mate I for one, will not be using it in RC stage. I'll be using it when it reaches Windows Update.

Same thing for Firefox betas. I'll be using that when it becomes a final release.

Hopefully, by the time those things happen, I won't be disappointed

I must admit im rather partial to a BETA or RC release and have followed the IE9 releases all the way through so will be having this one for sure.
