Windows Live Mail:Where is tools menu? I want to use Rules in Windows Live Mail and for this I need the Tools menu, but I cannot see it, or a means of getting to it. I have seen references to using the centre of three icons to 'Show menu', but I don't see the icons.
I have attached a snip of what I see.

Hi Ken,
I think it you right-click on the top bar, a Tools menu appears........or maybe that was XP? I can't quite remember : give it a go.

Hi Golden
The right click resulted in 'Show quick access toolbar above the Ribbon and your second suggestion gave me a File type menu, but nothing that led to 'Tools'.
Thanks.

OK Ken.
The menu bar seems to have been taken out of Windows Live Mail 11 .... see here Windows Live Mail Menu Bar
However, you can still use Rules ... see image.
I hope this helps,
