Windows 7: Live Mail problem

When I set up Windows Live Mail it asked me if I wanted to associate my Facebook account with the program and I said yes. Now all of my Facebook friends are receiving double emails from me. I want to unassociate my Facebook account with Live Mail but don't know how to do that. Any ideas?

From Live.com help search for "delete Facebook":

"Hi, please follow these steps on how to remove Facebook from your Profile's "Connected services":

1. Sign in to Welcome to Windows Live with your Windows Live ID.
2. Under the "Connected to" section, click "Manage".
3. Click the "Remove" button for Facebook.
4. Click "Remove" again to confirm the deletion."
