If i use IE YES all sites are the same other browsers are perfect no blurr at all every site on IE is like this sorry if i didn't understand you clearer earlier it is the latest beta offered by them

Ok, have you tried the new 10.2 Beta flash version with IE9 yet? Unistall the old one, install the Beta 10.2 ActiveX one. This one exactly - Flash Player Latest Version of Adobe Flash Player

That's the latest officially released IE9 beta. There is a newer, leaked version. Not sure if you want to uninstall the older one and try that one out to see if it resolves or not. http://www.sevenforums.com/browsers-...ml#post1092240
And if you're done the newer beta flash install, post how it goes, if it's still the same results or not. Same for the newer 9.0.8027.6000 IE9 Beta. Erm..latest updated stable version of Flash Player is 10.1.102.64. If you have 82.76 it's an insecure, outdated version.
