i'm tempted to make a (classicly mickey) flippant post like 'stop drinking' or 'go see your optician', but i'll refrain...

what did you mean in your posts about "someone clicking the blur effect" and "I think i even saw the feature" - is this an actual ie9 option??

If that is a feature, it sucks.

Have you attempted uninstalling and re-installing?

By looking at your screenshot, ClearType font smoothing is disabled or shall I say TuneUp Utilities asked you to disable ClearType to "optimize" or "accelerate" your system. Try to enable ClearType (Click and type "ClearType" and click on 'Adjust ClearType text'. Tick 'Turn on ClearType' then click 'Next' to start adjusting). You need to enable ClearType for IE9 to display website text correctly.

None of those worked not even typing cleartype

it seems in one part you are right the IE and Tuneup utilities are the only 2 blurred Items when i run them both I belive it could have something to do with it but i really dont use it

In any case will keep you posted on what this thing is doing thanks for the support
