What is the deal with logging on to these forums?

I have to delete my cookies for "sevenforums" and most of the time the new post page refreshes constantly, I have to hit the "X" button to stop actions on the page.

What browser? What Add-ons do you have?

If using IE, try starting IE without Add-ons, see if that helps.

Click Start then Run, type iexplore -extoff and press Enter or click on Go.
or
Click on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

If you mean this Live Post (Quick Links, Live posts) then this is normal. This page automatically refreshes itself whenever a new post is made.
