Try different version of Google Chrome:
Download and run the installer for the desired channel:
Stable channel: Google Chrome - Get a fast new browser. For PC, Mac, and Linux
Beta channel: Google Chrome for Windows - Terms and Conditions Agreement
Dev channel: Google Chrome for Windows - Terms and Conditions Agreement
Canary build: Google Chrome - Get a fast new browser. For PC, Mac, and Linux
BTW, I use the Dev build and never had any such issues. Try it.

This is not a permanent solution, but try running chrome without the sandbox feature. Right click your shortcut to “Google Chrome”, then click Properties. In the target text field, add a space then add --no-sandbox after the ending quotation mark. Launch Chrome from this shortcut.

You're welcome. The dev channel is really cool.

Notice the lower left corner "Waiting for ad.doubleclick.net". Perhaps that's the problem. You could add this line to your hosts file "127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.net" to see if it helps.
