    How to Mass Email Properly

In the process of setting up a mass email client for a friend. As of now we have about 1200 emails to send out once a month. I know I can simply make a .txt file and arrange is email after the other then add a comma. (Which I think is easy enough since we will just keep adding the emails to the one txt file and then when we want to send I will simply copy and paste all the emails the letter.

    Any recommendations?

Most of the mass emails I receive treat me as an idiot. Let me give you one example. A large proportion of those emails make very unbelievable promises such as making hundreds of thousands of dollars with virtually no work, no experience and no hard work from me.To get this right the online marketers concerned must allow for the possibility that many recipients will be experienced in the world of business. They might own a small business or be employed by one and have an understanding of business activity. Web marketers must give respect to the person they want to sell to. The service will provide solutions for user to create email messages, build and manage list, and track the results for improving future. bulk email software

Actually, I don't know anything about mass mailings, except as a recipient, but you might take a look at The Bat! email program, because it can be setup to facilitate that kind of operation.
