Email problem using Windows Live Mail in Windows 7

I've been successfully using Windows Live Mail 2011 since it first came out. Last week that changed. Now when I send an email it goes straight to my drafts box and I get the following:

    Error Message:

Server: 'mail. iinet.net.au' .....that is my ISP and I haven't changed any settings.
    Error ID: 0x80070057
    protocol: SMTP
    Port: 25
    Secure (SSL): No

I have no idea what is going on and need help.

Hi Don, welcome to the Seven Forums.

That error message means there are messages in Outbox that can not be sent. To get rid of those, first click Work offline button in ribbon:

Now go to Outbox and delete all unsent messages. Check then your account settings; if the error message in your post was copy pasted there seems to be a typo; the mail server name has one extra space after first dot "mail. "

Shut down WLM, relaunch it and click Go online.
