How to visit temporary down pages?

Sometimes some web pages are temporary down, so are there any way to visit that sites in temporary down time? Most of the times we can visit that site using clicking Google cache icon, but if we want visit that site selected page how do we do that?
According to my knowledge there is a web site providing that facility but i can't renumber its name so if you know its domain name please inform to me!
