IE Toolbar to manage Privacy Tab "Sites" List

I keep my privacy settings in IE on high.

I'm hoping to find a toolbar that will:
1) Add the current site to the sites list and allow cookies.
2) Toggle my privacy level temporarly from high to medium perhaps.

So far the toolbars I've found on google do their own thing. They have nothing to do with IE's privacy's settings

Does anyone know of anything?

Thanks,

Kenny

Honestly IE doesn't have much in that area, especially not anything so specific. Firefox is a lot better in that area, but to find something of your description may never happen no matter how long you search. But perhaps someone will speak up who can point you to something, who knows?

Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Sites (not a toolbar but it does the job).
