I am running win 7, 64bit professional. Whenever my web browsers try to open clips on dailymotion.com (i use mainly google chrome and mozilla firefox) they crash. Earlier none of them could load videos on dailymotion.com but now they crash.

The crazy thing is - I don't have any addons installed on firefox so I am leaning against the ntdll.dll being the file that is messing things up. Does anybody have any tips on how to fix this problem?
I've had one crash or two on youtube.com as well using firefox.

There could be a lot of things that are causing this, something that all the browsers would be using, Flash, Antivirus or other security software. But no, ntdll.dll is not the cause a lot of things use it because it is the system. So you will see it a lot in crash dumps.

Note that a crash pointing to ntdll.dll means that something *else* called into an API and crashed. Ntdll.dll is simply an API dll, and it doesn't actually really have any smarts of it's own - it simply provides access to NT kernel APIs other binaries on the system are requesting (hence the name ntdll.dll... ). Given that, it is very likely some sort of add-on, although anything's possible. If you can reproduce the crash regularly, it might be worth it to get a dump of the process crashing.

Thank you for keeping us informed about the problem (francois.jaguelin[@]dailymotion.com).

For your information, Flash is not yet fully stable under Google Chrome.

    Cheers,

to my knowledge, I have no addons installed anylonger and the firefox extensions folder is empty now.

the crash occurs as soon as I try opening a clip on dailymotion. The page loads but when the dailymotion-player starts loading the crash occurs.
When you say u wnat a dump of the process crashing, do you want a printscreen of when the crash occurs or the crash report?

App crash dumps are located in C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\CrashDumps

    Upload the crash dumps
