i am unable to watch tennis at Watch Australian Open through chrome

is any workaround available

Having followed that link it says that you need to either use Internet Explorer or Firefox. So obviously that leaves Google Chrome unsupported browser to watch Aussie Open and I went further and it says you need to download a plugin to view it in the supported browsers. However, I am very suspicious of that site, so maybe not. Don't think you can watch the Aussie Open anywhere online legally. That site that links goes too - doesn't sound legit to me.
