The software that bank provides includes two certificates and
drivers for the card reader. I believe only relevant for this page to open correctly are those two certificates but they are installed according to the install instructions, and yes the bank provided software specifically for Windows 7. I forwarded this problem to our group in charge of our infrastructure where i believe is the problem. Still if anybody had a similar problem i would gladly read the solution, and when hopefully our infrastr. team finds a solution to the problem I will post it. Thanks
