WLM 2011 contacts don't sync with cloud

I am signed into WLM using my hotmail live ID and working online. My mail and calendar sync to the cloud properly but contacts don't. Contacts added or deleted on cloud aren't udpated in WLM. Contacts added in WLM appear on cloud hotmail but deletions don't. Please advise how to sync (not import/export contacts). Thanks.

Syncing should happen automatically if not immediately. To see the changes you made in WLM in the cloud you must reload the browser w/o using the cache. (Under Internet Options/Browsing History/Settings choose to check for newer versions "every time I visit".) To update the view in WLM close and reopen the WLM program.
