Help with Windows Live

This is the error message I received

Unable to send or receive messages for the Olagola (nikki) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'mail.olagola.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): Yes

What do I need to do in order to fix this ? Please

I almost killed myself looking for the proper mail server settings for olagola.com.

Try Port 995

The clue is POP3 and Secure(SSL). In the "Advanced" tab for the account check the box for incoming (pop3) mail being "secure". That will change the incoming mail port to 995. Since you're unable to send also, there is also a checkbox for the outgoing (smtp) mail being secure. There are more options on the "server" tab as well, so it's a good idea to look for a set of instructions provided by olagola about all the proper mail settings.
