    The best way I have found is to upload them to a file hosting site such as skyDrive and to email a link to them.Windows Live SkyDrive - Online document storage and file sharing

    Install Windows Live Mail & Photo Gallery. These versions permits putting multiple photos in the body of the mail message.

    They both use SkyDrive to host the images. If you don't want extra software just post the link.

    There are 4 equally easy ways:
    Insert Image...Photo Email (must be signed in to WLM to use it),
    Insert Image...Inline
    Inset...file as Attachment
    Select photos in Windows Explorer and use the right-click option "Send to Mail Recipient".
    It all depends on how you want the email to present them to the recipient and the total file size. You should try them all so you can decide which method to use in different cases.
