    Thanks Kado. Got it now . Don't know how I didn't see it before. Duh! I failed to notice the icon in the blue message bar. And now I know how to add a screen shot as well. Many thanks again.

When I select to send a contact, their name shows last name first on the to: line. I want to show it as John Doe instead of Doe, John. Any ideas. Thanks Shiron

Windows Live Mail seems to force a Contacts Check Names when trying to create an email. So, if my new email address is not in the contacts list it will not send? Is this correct? Solution? I have come from Windows XP to Windows 7 recently. Regards Mike

I have a list of contacts in a folder that I am trying to put into my Windows live mail but they go to Users\Me\contact which isn't where Windows live mail contact go. So how do I import them?
I'm not sure I understand how contacts and calendars should work. My off line (not signed in) calander is empty and my contacts are empty. On line or signed in contacts are 33 and calendar has a lot of entries. I thought when I went off line my local calendar and contacts would sync up with the...
