Mail going to Out Box in WLM

My windows mail is receiving all 4 email accounts. Junk mail going to Junk folder, deleted going to deleted folder, etc.
When I go to send an email. It is not going. It is going to the OUTBOX. I do not remember if there was an out Box in mail.I know there is one in newsgroups.
I checked in options and have the box checked to send mail immediately, also have tyhe box checked save a copy to sent folder.
I do not recall having the Outbox before??

I would appreciate any help. I tried reinstalling WLM, no help.

    Thanks in Advance

Have a look here and see if any help. I'm sorry I don't use WLM myself.

How to troubleshoot e-mail messages that are stuck in your Outbox

There has always been an outbox. The problem is sometimes messages get "stuck" in the outbox. Without knowing more it's hard to say way that's happening for you. It's more common with messages that have large attachments in my experience. Although WLM is configured to send mail immediately I find it may still wait until the next time it checks for new mail. What time interval have you set for checking? You can manually initiate a Send/Receive by clicking on Send/Receive

You can try deleting the stuck message and recreating it.

The Outbox is a temp storage until the mail is sent to the server. Do you get any kind of error message when sending mail? If one of the files in Outbox is corrupted it will stop any further sending of mail, but you should get an error message.
