You could try going to uninstall programs, windows components and unchecking Internet Explorer 8. That may do it for ya. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Made OS Windows 7 Build 7600|16384- 64bit CPU AMD Phenom II X4 810 - 2.61ghz Deneb Motherboard Asus M4A79T Deluxe Memory 4GB DDR3 Mushkin (1600 O.C. Ok what kind of email are you opening (what is the extension for the file) like test.eml. If you have set FF as the default browser and checked the check every time box in FF it may be that the type of file you are opening is still set to IE.
Hope this helps

Firefox is not an e-mail reader. That's what Thunderbird is for. Made by the same people who brought you Firefox. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Too many to list. OS XP, Seven, 2008R2 CPU AMD, Intel, VIA Motherboard Various Memory Corsair, Kingston, etc. Graphics Card ATI, NVIDIA Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Keyboard qwerty Hard Drives Maxtor, Western Digital Internet Speed 22 Mb/s @ home, 1 Gb/s @ server Other Info All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality. |
