Removing the password does not fix this problem. I have been suffering this issue for a couple of months now and have tried everything I can think of, every suggestion no matter how strange or far fetched has even temporarily fixed the issue. This issue has been around for 3 or 4 years now and Microsoft has not even addressed it in the least. I'm beyond sick trying to resolve it. It's really a shame also, as no other application even remotely suits my needs in how I interact with my email and calendar. I am currently using their recently release 2012 version just called Windows Essentials. The program is a complete failure.
