Prints html Characters when printing from Windows Live Mail

Hi All,

Helping a friend through Remote.

System: Sony Vaio
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit
WLM = Latest version installed.

When using Windows LIve Mail, we are seeing Control Characters being printed when printing to the HP Wireless Printer or to a .XPS Document.

When printing from Internet Explorer 8.0 or MS Word, the printing is normal.

Suggestions?

I've reluctantly moved from Windows Mail to WLM with which I am not over-enthralled for various reasons. Amongst my difficulties is being able to print an email from the specific, individual email screen without having to go via the 'File, Print' option. Can anyone suggest how this may be done ?...
