| | Internet Explorer 9 RC Question Whenever I visit a frequent number of websites in a relatively short period of time, I see all of the icons on my dekstop refresh. Why does it do this and does Microsoft know about this? |

| | I am not sure if this will help, but it's worth a try: IE9 RC keep refreshing desktop icons - Microsoft Answers Fix broken desktop shortcuts and common system maintenance tasks Please let us know if it resolves the issue for you.  |
