IE9 is has blurry TEXT!

Firefox 4 wasn't blurry after all.... great!

When i first installed IE9 it had very blurry text but it now seems fine.
I do find that disabling GPU rendering & smoth scrolling makes the text look slightly worse.
Its probably just the GPU rendering but i made both changes at the same time.

Which is updating the font files that have issues with the new font smoothing.

But yeah I don't know I never had an issue with blurry fonts on my 17-inch laptop with a resolution of 1920x1200 (aka. damn small pixels!)

I had the same issue with IE9 and so did a coworker. On our laptops, FF4 RC and IE9 look just fine. On our desktops, with monitors and discrete graphics cards, the fonts looked fairly poor on quite a number of websites (yes Facebook was one of them).

We found that turning on compatibility view for all websites resolved the issue for us. Hit Alt, Tools, Compatibility View settings, check box at bottom.
