    Hi there
I have a huge problem with windows livwmail in that I have an email sitting in my inbox which has a script error in it and will not let me either delete or open it. It dosen't matter how many times I click the yes or no button or even the X in the top corner it will not let me go anywhere. Even the new mail comming in will not let me open them. i am at a loss to know what to do to get rid of this email. please help me get rid of this email.

Hi boopygirl and welcome to Windows Seven Forums. This is just my opinion, but I would go to Control Panel-> Programs and Features and uninstall Windows Live Mail and then reinstall. It might be a bit of a pain because you will have to reconfigure Live Mail. Or, you could wait a little longer to see if anyone else has an idea here because we have some very intelligent and friendly people here at SF. Please let us know how things turn out. :)

Yes I believe you would. Can you back-up your emails or print them out? Printing them out would be best.

boopygirl, you might want to read this article as well and let me know if it helps, especially the link in the first post, Free Download. :)

    mail stuck

    Hi there
I figured I would loose therm all but if that what it takes the so be it! I cannot get my mail program to do anything as it opens up on the stuck mail and will not let me click anything at all. If i do a back up then I guess I will be in the same position on reinstall, so I guess its a delete and reinstall, and then put the back up on for future. Thank you for your help.

Your welcome boopygirl but don't give up yet. Maybe give it the rest of today and maybe someone else here might have the answer for you. As I said, this is just my opinion and I'm certainly not the most technically savvy person at SF. Again just my opinion.

I also just discovered that when you try and uninstall it gives you the option of Repair. How about giving that a try?
