That allows you to create a new sub folder under Favorites in your user account. You can then move certain links into the new sub while browsing the account folders. Want a new "Preferred" folder?

This is what MS Help shows:

Name: Fav3.PNG
Views: 1
Size: 8.9 KB

but I get that blank page. What am I missing?

Jim,

You might see if completely resetting IE9 may help afterwards. If not, then you might see if uninstalling and reinstalling IE9 may.

Tried reset and no joy. I guess I will have to Bing it tomorrow and see what I can find. Reinstall will be my last choice.

I think you were correct with the first reply on the need to redownload a fresh copy of IE 9. It sounds like he saw a bad install for some reason. With one click here all favorites were visible in the organizer suggesting an incomplete install.

I uninstalled IE9 and IE8 has the same problem. I reinstalled IE9 and still no joy. I will let it go for now as I am planning a clean install next month. Thanks for all the help.
