Internet Explorer 9 With and Without Bing and MSN -- What's the Diff?

OK so I see IE 9 is finally out ... They give you two options on the MSN.COM home page when you click the banner, either download IE 9 WITH Bing and MSN or WITHOUT Bing and MSN ..

I don't understand, am I downloading additional programs?? Why does it matter??

I think that is reffering to the Bing Toolbar

What about the MSN part?? My homepage? What happens if I chose to download WITHOUT either? A blank home page?

I chose to download without Bing and MSN. My homepage (Yahoo) stayed the same with the install.
