    Click the wrench icon.

    Select Bookmark manager.

Click the Organize menu in the manager.

    Select Export bookmarks.

Choose a location where you want your exported file to be saved, then click Save.

Google Chrome will export your bookmarks as a HTML file.

Because i dont know what version of IE you are using, you can find the instructions for importing bookmarks here

Because I'm a Tab Collector... I'm always changing from Browser to Browser.. currently I have 10 different Browsers installed...

I've solved The "Favorites/Bookmarks" Syncing problem by using Windows Explorer to aceess my Favorites Folder, rather than using any built-in Browser functions... Drag & Drop New Favorites and open existing straight from Explorer.

This way All Browsers are always synced and up-to-date.
