Windows 7: IE9 with Bing -- Discover Bing site not working

Any of you upgrade to IE9 (with enhanced for MSN and Bing) and then try to go to the Discover Bing site?? I am getting this pop-up from MSN saying that I need to upgrade to enhanced IE9 with Bing and MSN. I click YES/OK and it takes me to this page that says I already have the version that is enhanced with MSN and Bing. Why is it doing that?

It's just a link to download IE9, but he don't know that you already installed IE9. You don't must do attention.
