    Problems ++

    Have had IE9 32 and 64bit on for some time now and on resetting my WLM account through my ISP (Bigpond.com -Australia) I cannot print off my financial stuff in the Kaspersky "safe run" mode. I get this:-

    heaven knows what the ISP tech got me to do but have had to resor to Chrome to be able to print off.

    Now don't et me wrong Chrome is kay BUT I cannot import my favourites from IE (lots) into Chrome. Have a heap of tips from others re bookmarks, I even tried copy/paste this forum address into the address bar - whicj works but I cannot save it as a favourite like in IE.

    Now ok it's a bit faster than IE but hell this bookmarking is a damn nonsense.

    Any ideas or advice on what I can do with the IE settings that that ISP tech got me to reset.

    Oh by the by the email has reverted back to not picking up some of the Spam with my Kaspersky 2011 on on of my machines (both set identically in KIS and WLM) so short of slashing my wrists I am at a loss as to what to do.

    If by "reset" you mean the the tech had you make changes in IE away from the default, you can revert back to default by resetting IE: Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Reset.

    You could also try uninstalling Chrome and Kaspersky until you email is working properly. Then install an antivirus that is less annoying like Microsoft Security Essentials.
